Prohibition of the Sale of Motor Fuel to Dirt Bike Riders in Baltimore City
During the 2010 legislative session I initiated this bill, which passed 141-0 in the House and 47-0 in the Senate, to increase awareness and deter continued disregard for current laws prohibiting the operation of dirt bikes in Baltimore City.
